WELCOME!

First and foremost I'm a husband and father. That's the absolute most important part of me and who I am. Everything else is secondary.

For over 35yrs I've been enamored by and constantly consuming comic books. No matter the form or genre I've found stories that did everything from spark my imagination to sob like a baby. And, for me, that's the beauty of comics. They can literally do and be anything. The range of emotions they can elicit are all encompassing. Perhaps the best part about comics is that there is only the creator's vision that limits what they can be or achieve. It is within that beauty that I have begun to form my stories. Over 40yrs on this spinning cosmic ball have left plenty of pockets of my brain with all sorts of stories to tell. So here I am, attempting to do that as best I can.

At the heart of this effort is collaboration. There is no creation without collaboration in my opnion (and truly, it's fact). My stories are merely words on paper or thoughts drifting in my mind without artists, colorists, and letterers bringing them to life. I have no interest in prose or novels as those aren't how my stories are to be told. It is through the comic medium that they are meant to be delivered. It all circles back to comics themselves. They are a celebration of creativity. With offerings for everyone they are a universal language that connects young to old and culture to culture. They're a damn beautiful thing ... and I'm doing my damndest to contribute to that beauty.

• I love cigars (I'll often sit on the porch and brain dump for my writing while enjoying a stogie)

• I love college football (Maroon side in Texas)
• I play video games (Mostly sports games with some Fortnite and occasional dabbles in other stuff)
• Army Veteran (working on retiree)
• I've been an instructor/ teacher/coach/personal trainer/construction worker
